The task before us: to promote awareness of the meaning and role of HR in a new environment, where personal development and employee happiness are the basis of the client's happiness and the company's success.
First, we made an immersive performance in the Ruin Wing, an architectural mansion, where employees in different rooms received the experience of memories of life's happiness.
Then we thought out a route - a trip around Moscow with a map, through which the participants got to a mini-conference, where the company representatives told the employees who had passed through this experience about new projects and initiatives.
As a result, employees immersed themselves in the experience of correlating personal and corporate happiness, and realized how their company helps them to achieve their own happiness.
The experience gained during the day contributed to the loyal acceptance of the key strategic projects presented at the presentation.
