The customer formulated the problem as insufficient orientation of employees of various departments.

TASKS
Reflection of employees about the existing priorities of the company.
Trust between participants (boundaries, disclosure);
Group integrity: team dance (round dance);
The bodily image, the bodily feeling of one's own work (business // competence).

RESULTS
Creation by the participants of a performance symbolizing a day in the company.
Organization of a turnkey event from the development and implementation of the content, to the search and work with the site, catering, logistics.

DURATION: 6 hours including lunch. 
PARTICIPANTS: 20 employees of the Competence Development Department.
